It provides a user-friendly interface for managing in-house, external, and foreign training programs, as well as workshops, seminars, and meetings, while also tracking employee leaves and attendance.

  • Dashboard: Centralized interface providing an overview of all training, meetings, visits, and leave activities.
  • Site Management: Office, Section, Designation, Grade, Countries, Trainee Type, Trainer Type.
  • Employee Management: Manage employee records and track their training participation.
  • Training Management: In-House, External, and Foreign Training (Create and List for each).
  • Workshop/Seminar Management: Create and list workshops or seminars.
  • Meeting Management: Foreign Meeting Create and List.
  • Visit Management: Foreign Visit Create and List.
  • Leave Management: Ex-Bangladesh Leave Create and List.
  • Report Management: Employee-wise and Grade-wise reports for In-House Training/Workshop/Seminar, External Training, Foreign Visit, Ex-Bangladesh Leave.
